Katawa Shoujo

Katawa Shoujo is a visual novel set in the fictional Yamaku High School, somewhere in Japan. Nisao Nakai, a normal boy, has his life turned upside down when a congenital heart defect forces him to move to a new school after a long hospitalization. There are five different paths you can take, corresponding to the five main characters. Each path follows a storyline to that character.
